Phoebe Anne Harris is a Production Designer and Set Decorator from East London. Her work spans across Film & TV, Commercials, Music Promos, Fashion and Events.

Phoebe offers a colourful and inspired approach visual storytelling and world building. She is deeply creative with a keen eye for the details, and enjoys a collaborative approach to character driven design.

Phoebe is based in London, but works internationally.
